Kay Taylor is the Registered Manager for Golden Senior Care, overseeing all sites and services across the organisation. A qualified nurse with over 12 years’ experience managing residential services, she brings extensive expertise in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and dementia while ensuring consistency, quality, and strong clinical governance across every location.

Sarah Dudley is the Deputy Manager at Golden Senior Care, working closely alongside Kay Taylor to support the day-to-day running of services across the organisation.
